Because the floor profiles of the Cargo Bulkmover are wider than the standard 21 floor profile execution this concept is not
suitable for the loadingandunloadingof pallets andpaper reelswith thehelpof thefloormovement of theCargoFloor system.
Off course pallets eg. can be loaded - andunloaded - by driving a hand pallet truck or fork lift truck over the floor.
More than20 years of experiencewith thewidefloor profiles,mainly in stationary factory applications, has proven that the15
floor profile versionof theCargo Floor system is extremely suitable for the efficient unloadingofmost common looseproducts
in large volumes.
Weight reduction
Inorder to reduceweight in a safe and reliablewayCargo Floor has developed an alternativefloor: an executionwhichhas 15
floor profiles insteadof theusual 21. The totalmovingfloor surface is exactlyequal to the the21movingfloor profiles, because
of whichno adjustment of the side profile is needed.
