Special purpose

The moving floor profiles in this section are what we commonly refer to as ‘dedicated/special purpose’ sliding floor profiles. This means the following: profiles have been designed especially for the transport of special (usually extreme) product groups.

8 mm SLP
Semi leak proof profile

This is, as the name already implies, a profile that is nearly leak proof. It is an all-rounder as are the 6, 8 and 10 mm standard profiles, but has the additional property that wet products cannot leak directly through the floor. The moisture is collected in a special drainage channel. The channel can be changed and can be easily removed from the floor to be cleaned if required. The front wall of the semitrailer does, however, need to be slightly adjusted for this profile. This profile is extremely suitable for the transport of very fine and wet products that may not leak through to the subdeck during loading, driving or unloading.

8/20 mm HD profile
Heavy duty

This profile has an extremely high impact resistance because of the two raised side sections. The special round form ensures that the profile is easy to clean. Wet and dusty products will flow back to the "bowl shape" and therefore moisture, mud and dust can be easily drained to the outside: it basically cannot leak through the floor and the seal is protected. This moving floor profile is less suitable for transporting pallets and packaged products.

8/18 mm HDI profile
Heavy duty impact

This is the only aluminium floor profile that has an incredibly high impact resistance that can be compared with structural steel because of the three raised rounded side sections. The nicely rounded forms ensures that it is easy to clean the profile and the dusty particles will flow back into what we commonly refer to as channels. Moisture, mud and dust will also be drained away easily to the outside with regard to this profile and the profile will basically not leak through the floor and therefore the seal will also be protected. The profile is less suitable for transporting pallets and packaged products.

Xtreme heavy duty impact aluminium foor profile

This Xtreme heavy duty Impact aluminium floor profile has been developed as an alternative for steel floor profiles with an even better impact resistance, better sealing and being more interesting from a price perspective. It is the world's most robust aluminium moving floor of its kind. This profile has an extremely high impact resistance because of the three raised round contours and the profile can be easily cleaned because of the round forms. Wet and dusty products will flow back to the "bowl-shaped channels" and therefore moisture, mud and dust can be easily drained to the outside and basically cannot leak through the floor. The seal will be co-protected because of this. The profile is, however, less suitable for the transport of pallets and packaged goods since they must be loaded and unloaded using a forklift truck!

7/112 XD
Xtreme durable

This unique moving floor profile is made of a special hard alloy aluminium and is suitable for transport applications where loading and unloading occurs frequently or products with a high abrasion degree are transported. This moving floor profile is also the best alternative when compared to the steel floor profiles, in particular, when multifunctionality (pallet transport, flat load floor and capacity to be driven on) and weight are key.
